Official Rules

  1. NAME OF PROMOTION: Sweat’s Furniture $10,000 Room Makeover Promotion (the “Promotion”)
  2. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: This Promotion is sponsored and administered by Sweat’s Furniture (the “Sponsor and Administrator”), located at 3630 Community Road, Brunswick, GA 31520.

III. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, entrant must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. By participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that decisions of the Sponsor will be valid and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate or invalid entries. Copies of all entry forms submitted for verification will become the property of the Sponsor and, by completing the Promotion Registration (as defined below), all entrants consent to the limited use of information provided on the form by the Sponsor but will have the ability to opt out of any subsequent   e-mail correspondence.

  1. HOWTO ENTER: No Purchase is Necessary. Registration begins January 16, 2026 at 10:00 am EST and ends on March 1, 2026 at 6:00 pm EST. To enter the Promotion, consumers may complete an entry form at Sweat’s Furniture during regular business hours, located at 3630 Community Road, Brunswick, GA 31520 (“Promotion Registration”). Upon completing the Promotion Registration, entrants will receive one (1) entry in the prize drawing. A maximum of one (1) Promotion Registration per person will be accepted. Any effort by an entrant to misrepresent themselves through the use of aliases or to misrepresent their eligibility age will disqualify that entrant.
  2. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Prize Drawing: A random drawing of entries will be made on or about March 3, 2026. The potential prize winner will be notified via email, phone or both within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential prize winner will have seven (7) calendar days to claim their respective prize by responding to the Sponsor’s notification, after which they will forfeit the prize and have no further claim to the prize. Sponsor will then award the prize to the next entrant selected in the random drawing. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner shall be deemed to have waived all claims against the Sponsor arising out of entry in the Promotion. 

  1. PRIZES: The prize is a $10,000 gift certificate to be used exclusively for the purchase of any furniture or accessory items in the Sweat’s Furniture store, located at 3630 Community Road, Brunswick, GA 31520 (“the Store”) at the prevailing retail selling price in the store at the time the furniture is selected.  Special order items currently available for purchase through the Store will be included. The prize winner will also receive in-store interior design services from Sweat’s Furniture which are always complimentary. The prize winner will have until August 26, 2026 to use the gift certificate, after which the balance remaining on the gift certificate will expire. All sales tax and delivery charges on furniture items will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner will receive a Form 1099 for the value of the prize as required by law.

VII. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries  received and are subject to the selection of the winning entry as described in Paragraphs III, IV, V.

VIII. Notice: This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, to the greatest extent permitted under the law, all entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Promotion Sponsor, and each of their respective attorneys, affiliated officers and directors, representatives, and agents from any and all liabilities for any injuries, losses, or damages, including  death, and property damage arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.

 

 

 

  1. WINNERS: The name of prize winners may be obtained at the conclusion of the Promotion, and for a period thereafter of up to 60 days by sending a first class stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sweat’s Furniture, 3630 Community Road, Brunswick, GA 31520.
  2. DURATION OF PROMOTION: This Promotion will commence on January 16, 2026 at 10:00 am EST and end on March 1, 2026 at 6:00 pm EST.
  3. ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. The decisions of the Sponsor, and any entity selected to represent the Sponsor regarding this promotion, are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Promotion as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event an entrant wins a prize and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrant’s ineligible for any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration, execution, or announcement of the prizes or prize winners.

XII. IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred and not attorney fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
